The E-Commerce Catalog Specialist sits at the intersection of purchasing, pricing, and strategy. You'll make real decisions about what we stock, how we price it, and how we position it across our catalog — using YOM's proprietary software and your own analytical instincts. This is a role with genuine responsibility and room to grow, backed by a team that will invest in your success from day one.
What you'll do:
Research products in real time to maximize customer value and YOM's margins
Determine stocking levels based on market trends, supplier costs, and demand signals
Build work queues that keep our fulfillment centers stocked with the right inventory
Support the General Manager on daily assignments and longer-term special projects
What we're looking for:
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, or Walmart (1–3 years preferred)
Comfort working with data and performance metrics to drive decisions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional communication — written and verbal
The details: Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours/week. Starting pay $20–$23/hr depending on experience. Full benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and flexible scheduling. Training provided.
Marketplace Listing Specialist — Apply here

As part of YOM's Catalog team, the Marketplace Listing Specialist shapes how our products appear to customers across Amazon and other online platforms. You'll build and refine product listings — sourcing images, writing accurate detail pages, and keeping our catalog sharp and competitive. If you're detail-oriented, curious about e-commerce, and like the idea of your work being seen by thousands of shoppers, this role is for you.
What you'll do:
Create and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces
Source, edit, and optimize product images to meet platform and company standards
Perform catalog maintenance: fix suppressed listings, correct attributes, update existing detail pages
Monitor work queues daily and track completed tasks for your supervisor
Stay current with industry news from sources like Billboard and Metacritic
Collaborate with other departments on prospective listings and catalog growth
What we're looking for:
Familiarity with Amazon, eBay, or Walmart selling platforms (1+ year preferred)
Experience with image editing tools like Photoshop, Boxshot, or ImageKit is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem solving
Comfort learning new software and adapting in a fast-moving environment
The details: Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours/week. Starting pay $19–$21/hr depending on experience. Full benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and flexible scheduling. Training provided.
